Andrew Hoefling Dev Tools is a focused set of three free browser utilities. You can format JSON, decode or encode Base64, and convert Unix timestamps without creating an account.

Work stays in your browser

The core conversions run in the current browser tab. The site does not provide cloud storage, project history, or user accounts, and it does not intentionally save your JSON, Base64 content, files, timestamps, or results.

Choose the tool you need

• Format and validate JSON, minify it, or sort object keys.
• Decode Base64 to UTF-8 text or downloadable bytes, or encode text and files.
• Convert Unix timestamps between Epoch values, dates, and common time zones.

Review results in context

Browser tools reduce repetitive work, but they cannot know the rules of every system, file, or historical time-zone source. Check an output against the destination that will use it, especially before production changes.
