What helps with a bug report
- The tool name: JSON, Base64, or Timestamp.
- Your browser and browser version.
- The smallest set of steps that reproduces the problem.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- A minimal example that contains no private or production data.

Tool inputs and results are not stored on a support server, so they cannot be recovered for you. Keep a safe copy when the result matters.
